Scott Griggs

Who is Scott Griggs?

Scott Griggs grew up on a family farm, lived in a free-love hippy commune, and eventually got a bachelor’s degree from a highly rated (and priced) university. Yet, like so many Millennials, he found that the return on his college education came up very short.

An agnostic-leaning pagan (because the parties are better), a far-left leaning economist, and systems analyst, Scott is a proponent for the “hard” sciences and mathematics, believing theories worth their salt should be able to be modeled, even in their simplest forms, to visualize their effect.

With an affinity for systems, Scott Griggs tends to pitch all solutions in terms of a “Game,” basing much of his economic theories off of game theory or multiple variable decision making analysis, because you can see the math in action.  He believes himself a Keynesian in that he feels that it is our social obligation to help each other during times of crisis, but also that it is in our best interests for long-run productivity, and Scott’s got the math to prove it.
